The commission is the last thing on her mind. She takes the time to listen to what you are looking for. Be it in a purchase or a sale. Never is there pressure to take a deal. I can't really explain it until you work with her. She cares about her clients. And if it's the final price that is the only thing that concerns you, then I can assure you in the three transactions she has helped us with, the final price was much better than my wife and I had expected. And it doesn't stop with just the negotiation. She was instrumental in the mortgage process for us on our recent purchase, as banks began stopping certain mortgages given the recent pandemic/shutdown. We would not have closed the deal if it wasn't for her help. She is fantastic. It's as simple as that.
